Management methods for cucumber grafted seedlings

After grafting, place the seedlings into a small arch-shaped greenhouse that has already been set up. Water the floor of the greenhouse to increase humidity, and cover the structure with plastic film to create a controlled environment. For the first three days, provide shade using newspapers, shade nets, or non-woven fabrics to protect the delicate grafted plants from direct sunlight. Maintain daytime temperatures around 25°C and nighttime temperatures at 15°C, while keeping the air humidity at approximately 95% to support healthy recovery. Starting from day four, gradually introduce direct light and increase the duration of exposure. Begin with small amounts of ventilation to lower temperature and humidity. The ideal conditions during this phase are 22–24°C during the day and 13–15°C at night, with humidity levels between 70% and 80%. By day seven or eight, remove the arch shelter and transition the seedlings into regular care. Keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged to encourage root development. Regularly remove any shoots growing from the rootstock to prevent them from competing with the grafted scion. Ten to twelve days after grafting, carefully cut the stem just below the graft union to promote proper growth and healing. To aid in wound healing, spray the grafted seedlings with Fengchansu diluted at 600 times within the first ten days. Apply it once or twice as needed. Additionally, on day three and day nine after grafting, spray the plants with 75% chlorothalonil diluted at 500 times to prevent potential pathogen infections. The grafted seedlings can be transplanted into the field 25 to 35 days after grafting. When planting, ensure that the graft union is kept above the soil level to avoid contact with the ground. If the graft site touches the soil, adventitious roots may form on the cucumber stem, leading to disease infection and reducing the effectiveness of the grafting process. Proper handling during this critical period is essential for successful plant establishment and long-term health.

Color Doppler Ultrasound Scanner

"Color Doppler Ultrasound Scanner" is a high-definition black-and-white B-ultrasound plus color Doppler. Its main advantages are: it can quickly and intuitively display the two-dimensional plane distribution of blood flow; it can display the running direction of blood flow; it is beneficial to distinguish between arteries and veins; it is beneficial to identify vascular disease and non-vascular disease; it is beneficial to understand the nature of blood flow ; It is convenient to understand the phase and speed of blood flow; it can reliably detect shunt and regurgitation; it can quantitatively analyze the origin, width, length and area of blood flow. These ultrasound manifestations and parameters play a very important auxiliary role in the diagnosis of clinical diseases.
