Summer planting techniques in July

The open-seasoned eggplant varieties are quite sensitive to water, so it's important to maintain soil moisture, especially in July when there is no rain or during dry periods. When watering, you can dissolve fertilizers like ammonium nitrate, monoammonium phosphate, and potassium sulfate into the water at concentrations of approximately 0.3%, 0.15%, and 0.2%, respectively. During furrowing, fill a ditch with water first, then evenly spread the fertilizers into the ditch. The recommended application rates per mu are about 15–30 kg of ammonium nitrate, 10 kg of monoammonium phosphate, and 10 kg of potassium sulfate. If water is sufficient, dig small holes between every four eggplants and fill them with well-rotted manure. It’s also important to apply top dressing based on plant growth and yield, to avoid fertilizer burn. In summer, eggplants are prone to powdery mildew, which requires close attention. At the early stage, a small amount of white mold appears on the leaf surface, gradually expanding and darkening in color. In severe cases, the entire leaf becomes covered in white powder. Mildew spots may also appear on the underside of leaves, petioles, fruit stems, and calyxes. The disease thrives in temperatures between 25°C and 28°C with humidity levels ranging from 50% to 80%. However, when humidity reaches 100%, the incidence tends to decrease. In Sichuan, the disease is more common during hot and dry periods, while it is less prevalent during rainy seasons. To manage powdery mildew, apply specific fungicides such as triadimefon, Fuxing, polysulfide suspension, myclobutanil, and Tsuibei at the initial signs of infection. Since eggplant leaves have many epidermal layers, adding 0.1%–0.2% detergent powder or mixing 27% high-fat film emulsion (diluted 300 times) during spraying can improve the adhesion and coverage of the fungicides. The spray should be fine and evenly distributed. Cantaloupe sowing Before July 20th, it's time to prepare for autumn eggplant planting. When sowing, be mindful of weather conditions—avoid sowing during heavy rain or intense sunlight. Seeds can be directly sown without pre-germination. After sowing, cover the seedbed with a small shed. If rain occurs, cover it with a thin plastic sheet. On sunny days, use a shade net with a shading coefficient above 80% (you can use double-layering during the early stages). Keep the area well-ventilated, cool, and moist. Once the seedlings have two true leaves, they can be transplanted into 99 cm-sized pots or grown into square seedlings measuring 10 cm each side. After about 20 days, they will be ready for transplanting. During the seedling stage, it's crucial to monitor and control aphid infestations. Regular inspections and timely treatments can prevent damage and ensure healthy plant development.

Ultrasound Diagnostic Equipment

This type of tabletop ultrasound is mainly used in hospitals or clinics to examine the abdominal cavity of different people of both sexes, young and old, checking the abdominal cavity for various organs such as the heart, liver, stomach, intestines, etc., and determining whether there is any disease and whether they are healthy or not.
