Pay attention to the position of these oil holes when assembling the S195 diesel engine

(1) Oil holes are drilled in the upper part of each pair of main bearing oil grooves, respectively, and the oil holes on the cylinder block and the main shaft of the main shaft can be used for the lubrication main bearings and the main journal. When installing, ensure that the flange of the main bearing is aligned with the positioning pin to prevent the main bearing from rotating, so that the oil hole can be aligned and the oil can be kept free from burning. (2) An oil collection groove is formed above the camshaft bushing mounting seat hole. After the main bearing is lubricated, excess oil and splash oil can flow into the oil collection groove along the edge of the machine body to lubricate the bushing and the camshaft. During installation, if the camshaft bushing oil hole is not aligned with the oil collecting groove of the seat hole, the camshaft bushing will accelerate wear, causing a change in the oil supply angle and the gas distribution phase, resulting in a drop in the diesel engine power. (3) The middle of the rocker arm is press-fitted with a bushing and has oil holes on it to receive the oil from the oil hole of the oil pressure indicator valve to lubricate the rocker arm shaft. When the bush is pressed into the rocker arm, if the hole is misaligned, the rocker arm shaft and the bushing are burned due to dry friction, causing the valve clearance to become large and causing a severe knocking sound. (4) The connecting rod small drill has a oil collecting hole, communicates with the oil hole of the connecting rod bushing, collects the splashing oil, lubricates the piston pin and the connecting rod bushing. When the copper sleeve is pressed into the small end of the connecting rod, if the two holes are misaligned, the copper sleeve and the piston will undergo dry friction and a “dangdang” percussion sound will occur until they bite. (5) The gear housing cover and the body's start shaft bushing mounting seat hole has an oil collecting groove so that splash oil flows in from the groove, and lubricates the bush and the starting shaft. When installing the starting shaft bushing, the two bushing oil holes should communicate with the corresponding oil collecting grooves on the body and the cover of the gear chamber. Otherwise, dry friction between the starting shaft and the bushing will cause early wear, resulting in increased noise in the gear chamber.
