Because the electronic sterilizer has many advantages such as good disinfection effect, low use cost, no secondary pollution, and automatic disinfection, it has been widely accepted and praised. In the past five years, the author visited some users and found that some users have great deficiencies in their methods of use. Now, I have provided several opinions for your reference. I. The time for O3 to "live" in the air is 20 to 50 minutes. The "live" time for O3 at room temperature is short, whereas the time for "survival" is long. Some companies installed large-scale ozone generators and installed pipelines to transport O3 to all corners of thousands of cubic meters of production. This has the following disadvantages: (1) O3 concentration is also attenuated due to the time spent in the transport process; (2) O3 decay is caused by the continuous neutralization with other substances during transport; (3) , high cost. Because there is no suitable plastic pipe on the market, it can use metal materials. The iron sheet is easily oxidized by O3 and loses O3 concentration. Therefore, stainless steel is usually used, which greatly increases the cost for enterprises; (4) Oxygen in the air The proportion of helium is 21%. Therefore, large concentration generators must be equipped with oxygen generators and air supply devices. As a result, equipment costs are high, failure probability is high, maintenance is difficult, maintenance costs are high, and operating costs are high. Second, some users think that although the amount of O3 is small, but it takes a few hours to boot, this view is incorrect, forgetting that O3 has "lived" in the air for 20 to 50 minutes. Third, remember that O3 is heavier than air and 1.658 times that of air. Therefore, the outlet of the oxygen atom sterilizer should be higher than the sterilized items. IV. In 2002, when I visited a fishery product company in Dalian City, Liaoning Province, all the aquatic products produced by the company were exported. The production workshops were all equipped with the “DDG-300 Oxygen Atom Sterilizer†for disinfection. Lest the disinfection is not complete, two hours daily boot, the author proposed to the company just need to boot 15 minutes to 30 minutes. 5.
