Operating procedures:
1. First turn the power on to the ON position.
2. Turn on the cooling switch. At this time, please note that the cooling water inlet and outlet valves must be opened; (the air-cooled type does not require a water tower).
3. Then turn on the chilled water pump switch, Jing attention to the frozen water inlet and outlet valves must be opened, the compressor will automatically run after the delay switch, please check and adjust the required temperature.
4. When shutting down, please operate the shutdown in reverse order.
Things to be aware of when operating:
1. The chilled water pump shall not operate without water in the water tank;
2. Operate the switch as much as possible to avoid continuous switching;
3. When the temperature of the frozen water reaches the set temperature, the compressor will automatically stop running, which is a normal phenomenon;
4. The temperature switch should be avoided to be set below 5 °C to prevent the evaporator from freezing; (except for low temperature freezer).
5. In order to ensure the cooling effect of the chiller, keep the condenser in good condition, please clean the condenser and evaporator and water filter regularly.
