Second, prevent thresher explosion
(1) When an abnormal sound is emitted during the operation of the thresher, it must be stopped and checked immediately. (2) The thresher must be inspected once every half-shift to see if there is any looseness in the nuts. For loose nuts, tighten them in time. (3) The pulleys of the power machine and the thresher must be equipped as required. Absolutely no conversion pulleys are used to increase the threshing machine speed. The thresher is strictly prohibited from being overloaded. Otherwise, the thresher can easily be exploded and cause human injury.
Third, anti-threshold machine on fire
(1) Do not start the engine with an open flame combustion engine, do not repair the locomotive on site, and must not stop the operator from moving away from the locomotive or repair the locomotive, and do not allow the crop threshing with wire rope dragging stones or other heavy objects, and prohibit high-speed overload operations. It is not allowed to work with high or large throttles or throttles. (2) The tractor must be equipped with a fire cover to enter the thresher site, and the exhaust pipe should be ensured to face the sky. The technical condition of the locomotive should be good; the crops should be laid thin; the fire on the threshing site should be fire-fighting; the water source should be near and the water should be taken out conveniently; The transmission part should have safety protection device.
