Reducing tariffs on drugs will not significantly change the existing competitive landscape. The second article of our country's commitment is that after the accession to the WTO, the tariffs for preparations will gradually be reduced to 6% to 6.5%. China's preparations have fallen behind the advanced level in foreign countries in terms of the level of production, the number of products, dosage forms, and drug delivery systems.

The cancellation of the import and export of large-scale medical equipment has little impact on administrative management and is the third article of our country’s commitment. Opening up drug distribution services will intensify the competition in the circulation sector and be the fourth to China’s commitment. Opening medical services is the fifth promise of China’s commitment. .
