Cooling explosion-proof tires. Summer temperatures are high, and tire rubber tends to age. In severe cases, a puncture occurs. Therefore, the tractor must check the tire pressure at any time while driving. When the tire is overheated and the air pressure is too high, the vehicle should be parked in a cool place to cool down, but cold water can't be used for flushing, otherwise it will lead to puncture on the way.
Cooling against air resistance. In summer, the temperature is high. Because of the high engine speed and heat dissipation, the engine is prone to air resistance, making it difficult for the engine to stop for a few minutes. Once air resistance occurs, the driver should immediately stop cooling and troubleshoot.
Prevent water shortages. When driving in hot weather, always pay attention to check the amount of cooling water, pay attention to the water temperature table. When you are short of water, immediately run at idle speed, add water after cooling, and be careful not to immediately open the radiator cover to prevent it from being burned.
Oil deterioration. Lubricants are susceptible to heat thinning, resulting in deterioration of oxidation resistance, perishability, and even failures such as burning of the shaft and holding the shaft. Therefore, the crankcase and the gear box should be replaced with summer lubricants, and the quantity of oil and the oil quality should be checked frequently and replaced in time.
Clean engine oil on time. If the external oil of the engine is too thick, it will affect the heat dissipation, and it will cause hidden troubles for various parts and components. The high-pressure injection method can be used to clean the engine parts with the cleaning agent that does not corrode the body parts.
