5. When the previously set artificial accelerated aging time is over, open the artificial aging tank, take out the seeds, and then put them into an artificial climate incubator to allow them to germinate and grow in an artificial environment.
6. After a period of time, take out the seed sample to be tested, calculate the number of live seeds and record other useful data.
