Quality analysis: In 2008, the Ministry of Agriculture Quality Supervision, Inspection and Test Center (Zhengzhou) detected: Central sugar 10.75%, edge sugar 9.25%.

Yield performance: In 2006, the provincial early-maturing group of regional trials had an average yield of 2925.1kg per mu, an increase of 13.9% over the control Jingxin No. 1. In 2007, the trial yielded an average yield of 2622.0kg per mu, an increase of 5.5% over the control Jingxin No.1. In 2008, the provincial early-maturing group produced trials with an average yield of 2789.0 kg per mu, an increase of 8.1% over the control Jingxin No.1.

Cultivation Techniques:

(1) Sowing period: cultivation in open field in the middle and late March and planting in the middle and late April; it can also be covered by mulching at the end of March or early April.

(2) Density: About 800 plants per acre were planted, three vines were pruned, and the second and third females were left with fruit. When insects were few, artificially assisted pollination was adopted.
