Introduction:
The entire body of the crayfish is composed of a cephalothorax and an abdomen covered with chitinous shells on its body surface. The whole body has 20 knots, and the head and thorax are 13 knots. It can lurk in hidden places in the water during the day, come out to feed in the evening and before dawn, enjoy night activities, and camp and crawl. It often crawls in the gaps between bricks and gravels or lurks in natural caves and artificial caves in ponds, and has burrowing abilities in softer pool bottoms. Sometimes it climbs along the walls of the pond or climbs into the roots and dense leaves of aquatic plants.
