Puffer fish breeding technology

(I) Farming methods and culture environment The cultured sea area requires that the water quality is clean and oxygen-rich, no red tide occurs, and no pollutants and sewage flow. Cage culture should choose sheltered bay, transparency requirements 7-8m, flow rate 10cm / s for the junction, the optimum water temperature 16-23 °C when the water temperature is lower than 9 °C or higher than 28 °C unfavorable to its growth.
At present, Japan's puffer fish breeding is dominated by cage culture. In the first year, polyethylene cages were used from juvenile fish to 1st instar fish. When the body weight is more than 300g, it is transferred to a 4cm mesh metal cage for breeding until it is put on the market. The cage size of domestic cage culture puffer fish is 335m, which is more common in the south coast. Most of the ponds are cultured in the north with an area ranging from several thousand to tens of thousands of m2, and the depth of the pool is 2-2.5m. In addition to the monoculture, there were also polycultures in recent years. In 1992-93, Zhejiang Province succeeded in polyculture of oriental dolphins and prawns in Shenjiamen.
(2) Develop and grow 3-4g fry, and put it in cages from June to July until the end of December to reach about 400g, and to the end of the second can reach more than 1000g. At this point you can harvest the market. The best market specification for the red finned dolphins is 1kg, which is the highest price. In order to achieve better breeding results, the fish weight should reach 350g or more before wintering. Before December, the water temperature is still suitable for growth, so feed enough food. During the winter, when the fish are still able to feed, it is also necessary to ensure a small amount of feeding to prevent weight loss and ensure the survival rate is stable. After winter, normal growth resumed from April. Especially during the September-November period when the water temperature is suitable, it grows more rapidly.
Specific management measures:
1 The seedlings should be selected with the same specifications and healthy and lively seedlings before the seedlings are released. At the same time, we must understand the management status at the seedling stage and whether there are any abnormal seedlings.
2 The seedlings must be given a medicinal bath before stocking to prevent invasion of parasites and other diseases.
(3) Large containers should be used as far as possible when transplanting seedlings and transporting so as not to injure fish seedlings.
4 The best way to prevent the phenomenon of residual food is to produce and use healthy seedlings. Healthy seedlings exhibit cluster activity in cages and culture ponds, where debris is less likely to occur.
55-11 months to sort twice, when changing the net, it is best to let the old and new nets connect together so that the fish will naturally transfer to avoid fish scrape.
6 ice fresh bait is best processed with ice, try to keep the freshness of the bait and prevent protein deterioration.
7 Fresh feed should be started early in the morning to increase the enthusiasm of the fish to feed on the bait.
(c) Types of Feed and Methods of Feeding Juveniles are used for juveniles, including prawn, shrimp, and gluten fish. In addition to sardines, mackerel, and eel fish, spotting is used during the juvenile period. Six-line fish, saury and bamboo razor are used. Fish etc. In order to improve the quality of fish during harvest, squid, shrimp, oysters, clams, etc. are sometimes fed.
During the growing period, in order to avoid the occurrence of mutual-residue phenomenon, we must pay attention to the feeding of suitable food and determine the number of feedings and the amount of feeding. When the weight of the fish is within 50g, it is 4 times a day, 50-100g is 3 times a day, and 100g is more than twice a day. When the water temperature drops below 15°C, the food intake decreases. When the water temperature drops below 10°C, the food intake stops completely. From December to March when the water temperature is low, feed it once a day. The amount of fish before the 50g feed is generally 30% per day, 15% at 50-100g, and 10% at 100g or more. However, the fish's satiation should prevail.

A pumpkin seed, also known as a pepita, is the edible seed of a pumpkin or certain other cultivars of squash. The seeds are typically rather flat and asymmetrically oval, and light green in color and may have a white outer hull. Some cultivars are hulless, and are grown only for their seed. The seeds are nutrient-rich, with especially high content of protein, dietary fiber and numerous micronutrients. The word can refer either to the hulled kernel or unhulled whole seed, and most commonly refers to the roasted end product.

In a 100 gram serving, the seeds are calorie-dense (574 kcal) and an excellent source (20% of the Daily Value, DV, and higher) of protein, dietaryfiber, niacin, iron, zinc, manganese, magnesium and phosphorus. The seeds are a good source (10–19% DV) of riboflavin, folate, pantothenic acid, sodium and potassium.
