The ends of the oil coolers are finished with tin dip soldering. If the end is not welded due to loose welding or other reasons, it will cause a short circuit in the oil and water. If the situation is serious, the oil pressure will be higher than the pressure of the cooling water during work, and the oil will quickly leak out and be hard to detect. Therefore, according to the instruction manual, check the oil level of the oil sump in the oil sump every day, and check whether there is any oil in the cooling water in the radiator tank. If there is any abnormality, be sure to be vigilant and work after finding out the reason. Inspection of the oil cooler can be performed with pressurized air or tap water. Newly-purchased oil coolers should be installed after being pressurized for inspection; before the old diesel engine is deactivated for a period of time before use, the condition of the oil coolers should also be checked.
