Pumping anaerobic tank operation guide and precautions

The HP Series Anaerobic Tanks are pumping tanks that can be used both as a suction tank and as a closed tank.

If the HP series anaerobic tank is used as a closed tank (please take care of the quick suction joint and connecting pipe with the tank, and pay attention to protect the quick plugging interface on the tank lid to avoid fouling):

l. Place the specimens to be cultured on the rack into the tank, or put other specimens to be cultured, such as test tubes and small triangular flasks, into the tank. According to the operating instructions, anaerobic or micro-aerobic gas-producing bags, etc., after tearing the outer packaging, quickly put the inner bag into the can, quickly close the can lid and slide the clamp that fixes the can lid to the can lid, and use Hand the knob knob clockwise. Please note that the positioning rod below the clamp should correspond to the positioning groove on the can lid. When tightening, feel the resistance and then rotate slightly downwards without excessive force.

2. The anaerobic tank is placed in an incubator at a set temperature, and the culture time is determined according to the growth characteristics of the bacteria to be cultured.

3. At the end of the culture, take out the gas bag and other debris, rinse the tank with water, dry and set aside.

When using it as a suction tank (use the quick coupling and connecting pipe provided with the tank and check the outlet pressure of the cylinder pressure reducing valve 0.05MP): Please note when inserting the quick connector: insert the card with the connecting tube Press the button directly into the quick-connect base on the can lid. Do not screw it in. When disconnecting, use one hand to hold the card-in head with the connecting tube and the other hand to the can. The outer wall of the quick-connect base of the cover can be pressed down to eject the head into the base, and do not rotate and twist!

1. Place the specimens to be cultured on the rack into the tank, or put other specimens to be cultured, such as test tubes, into the tank. When using disposable plates, please pay attention to the permeability of the dishes.

2. If it is necessary to observe the oxygen concentration state in the tank, the corresponding indicator can be placed in the tank with reference to its operating instructions.

3. Close the lid of the can and slide the clamp that fixes the can lid to the can lid. After tightening the clamp knob clockwise, connect the culture tank to the vacuum pump through the quick exhaust pipe, and start the vacuum pump according to the operation instructions of the vacuum pump. (It is recommended to use HT special anaerobic tank pump, zui large vacuum less than 0.1bar or use LABJAR automatic suction device), pump the tank to a negative pressure of 0.6-0.8bar, the time required is about 40--45 seconds, Then unplug the quick-connect connector of the can, and decompress the mixed gas or user-defined gas through the secondary gas pressure reducing valve (note that the outlet pressure is 0.05MP). The time required for inflation is generally It can be completed within 5 seconds. Observe that the pressure gauge shows about 0.02MP. Please pay attention to the inflation pressure and inflation time, otherwise it will cause damage to the tank. Immediately after the inflation is completed, the air supply is turned off and the canister gas connector is disconnected.

4. The anaerobic tank is placed in an incubator at a set temperature, and the culture time is determined according to the growth characteristics of the bacteria to be cultured.

5. After the culture is finished, take out the culture dish, etc., rinse the tank with water, dry, and set aside.

Note: The pressure gauge presented with the can is not a zero position at the beginning of the simple pressure gauge, and the error is ±0.02 MPa.

Precautions:

1. Disabling alcohol to wipe the culture tank.

2. The high temperature resistance of the culture tank is generally not more than 80 °C; it is forbidden to touch the tank with sharp and sharp things.

3. Clean the seals in the groove of the can according to the application and apply a thin layer of acid-free Vaseline or silicone grease evenly with your fingers or swabs.

4. It is recommended to use a mild neutral cleaning disinfectant or other suitable products when cleaning and disinfecting the tank. Wipe the disinfection tank and wipe or rinse it with water.

5. Do not let the tank body hit the hard surface and regularly check the tank for cracks or damage. Regularly check the seal ring for contamination and update it in time.
