The inorganic phosphorus (PHOS) assay kit is intended for the accurate and direct quantitative measurement of inorganic phosphorus in human plasma. This test is mainly used in the diagnosis of renal dysfunction, bone disease and parathyroid disease.

Test principle

In an acidic environment, inorganic phosphorus reacts with ammonium molybdate, generating ammonium phosphomolybdate complex which shows absorption at the wavelength of 340 nm. The absorbance is proportional to the concentration of inorganic phosphorus.

Product Features

1. Linear range of P level: [0.30, 4.00] mmol/L
Linear correlation coefficient ∣r∣≥0.990
Linear deviation ≤ ± 10.00%
2. Absorbance of blank ≤ 1.00
3. Sensitivity
The change in absorbance (ΔA) ≥ 0.01 while testing the specific P sample of concentration of 1.71 mmol/L.
4. Accuracy
Relative deviation is within ±10%.
5. Precision
