China first took place in 1979 and is now spread throughout the country. Its incidence rate is high, and the mortality rate is generally 10% to 20%, and sometimes even 70%. At present, it has become a major disaster in the chicken industry and has seriously affected the healthy and efficient development of the chicken industry. The traditional methods for diagnosing and preventing IBD include clinical diagnosis, virus isolation and identification, agar diffusion test, etc. These methods are either not specific, or are not simple and fast, and have the disadvantage of being difficult to popularize. Therefore, in order to control and eliminate IBD, there is an urgent need for a set of specific, sensitive, simple, rapid, widely applicable, easily applied and popularized techniques for detecting IBD antigens and antibodies. According to reports, the research project has taken the lead in similar research at home and abroad. It clones and expresses the IBD VP2 or VP3 protein antigens using genetic engineering principles, creates a hybridoma cell line that secretes the antigen pairing monoclonal antibody, and then uses colloidal gold labeling technology and The new technology of immunology has been developed into rapid detection of test paper probes, providing a unique, sensitive, simple, fast, and easy to promote the application of new technologies for the diagnosis and immune monitoring of IBD. The test strip probe can detect the antigen as well as the inhibition antibody detection method, so it is both diagnostic and immunological means, and is generally applicable to teaching, scientific research, clinical, production and quarantine units, especially rural chicken farmers. In addition, the technology provides a model for the diagnosis and immune surveillance of other infectious diseases. According to Zhang Gaiping, vice president of the Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences and the director of the Animal Immunology Laboratory of Henan Province, who presides over the study, no additional instruments and reagents are required to detect IBD virus. Simply insert the test strip into the sample. Reliable results can be obtained with visual inspection in 5 minutes. The sensitivity is 64 times that of the conventional agar diffusion test. The IBD can be diagnosed quickly, and the IBD vaccine can be quickly estimated or evaluated for virus content. The IBD can be rapidly determined by the inhibition method. Maternal and immune antibody levels were used for IBD susceptible flock monitoring and immune efficacy evaluation to guide the immune prevention and control of flock IBD. The results can be applied in all chicken-raising countries and regions. At present, it has been promoted and applied in Henan, Hebei, Jiangsu, Shandong and other provinces, covering more than 40 million chickens and reducing social and economic losses by more than 16.57 million yuan. It is reported that the research project has won the first prize of scientific and technological progress in Henan Province in 2003.
