Bulldozer operation should pay attention

In the basic construction of farmland and the construction of water conservancy projects, earth-moving operation is an important part. Drivers should pay attention to the following points: 1. Correctly and flexibly use different methods of earth-moving according to the characteristics of topography and requirements of work items, and improve pushing. Soil work efficiency. 2. When operating the dispenser handle during work, it should be correct and agile, so as not to block the oil passage of the slide valve, increase the oil pressure abnormally, and force the safety valve to open, so that the mechanical parts are under higher pressure. At the same time, the dispenser handle should automatically return to the “neutral” position during the operation of raising and lowering the bulldozer, and it must not be forcibly returned to the position. If the handle does not return to the “neutral” position, the oil pressure will exceed the opening pressure of the safety valve, allowing the oil to drain, and a “click” sound can be heard near the dispenser. At this time, the dispenser handle can be forced to return to the "neutral" position. Then check the cause of the malfunction, otherwise it will damage the hydraulic components. 3. When the parking or hydraulic system is not working and during the idle stroke of the blade, the dispenser handle should be placed in the “neutral” position to prevent the spring from being compressed and causing early fatigue damage. 4. When the bulldozer is in the transportation process (such as the transfer of work site), attention should be paid to raising the bulldozer to the transport height and fixing it with a safety bolt so that the blade is hung on the front bracket of the tractor to reduce the load of the hydraulic hose and the hydraulic cylinder. . The oil pump transmission handle is placed in the "separate" position and the pump is stopped to reduce wear. 5, bulldozers in the land turning, over the ditch, should be low speed throttle, to avoid the hydraulic hose due to withstand greater impact and rupture. 6. The dispenser handle should be placed in the "floating" position during dozing operations. In order to avoid overloading the locomotive or encounter obstacles such as hard soil and stones, the oil pressure in the high pressure hose increases rapidly, causing the hose to burst. When placed in a floating position, it can be easily raised and lowered to avoid overloading the blade when it hits hard dirt or obstacles. 7. During the earthmoving operation, the locomotive should keep a straight line and it is forbidden to make a sharp turn during the “pressure drop” (landing with a blade). So as not to damage the blade and beam, causing the cylinder bracket bending fracture. In operation, the locomotive must turn after the blade is fully raised.
