Herbal Mushroom Cultivation of Straw Mushroom

The cultivation of straw mushroom with raw materials of traditional Chinese medicine has solved the problem of high production cost of traditional straw mushroom cultivation. The general biological efficiency is about 30%, the input-output ratio is about 1:3, and the use of idle greenhouses has a short cultivation period. With a small amount of labor, the production efficiency has increased substantially.

1. Treatment of Chinese medicine residue. The Chinese medicinal slag is spread out and dried until the moisture content is about 30%. The mixture can be fermented. When not in use temporarily, it can be dried to a moisture content of 15% or less and stored for use.

2. Base formulation. Formula One: Chinese medicine residue 125 kilograms, wheat straw (or straw) 100 kilograms, wheat bran 25 kilograms, superphosphate 8 kilograms, urea 1.5 kilograms, lime powder 12 kilograms, gypsum powder 4 kilograms, edible mushrooms three-dimensional nutrition sperm 120 grams. Formula two: 150 kilograms of Chinese medicine slag, 100 kilograms of corn cob (or bacilli), 5 kilograms of bean cake, 10 kilograms of lime powder, 8 kilograms of superphosphate, 1 kilogram of urea, 1 kilogram of salt, and 120 grams of three-dimensional nutritional essence of edible fungi.

3. Base material processing. According to formula measurement, add water and mix well to build heap fermentation. About 30 centimeters or so on the stockpiling, a hole to the ground will be blown to avoid anaerobic fermentation. Each day, it will be piled once and the leaven will be fermented for 5 to 6 days. Every time the pile is to be piled up, the water should be replenished according to the situation of the base material loss of water, so that the moisture content of the base material can be maintained at about 63%; and the phoxim is added at the second turnover. After the composting is completed, the stockpile is cooled, and the three-dimensional sapogenin is melted and sprayed evenly. At the same time, the moisture content is adjusted to about 65%, the pH is 8 to 9, and the material temperature is equal to or lower than 30°C.

4. Sow cover soil. Arrange the trampoline in a turtle shape, fill it with water, and spread the seed on the trampoline. The amount is about 30% of the total amount of the bacteria. Put about 15cm thick material on the top and spread a layer of bacteria. The dosage is the same as before. , After laying 15 cm material, the material surface will be slightly leveled, and the remaining bacteria will be seeded and sown in a combined manner. All of them will be broadcast on the material surface, and after compaction and leveling, the material will be sprayed 100 times. Solution. After sowing, the soil shall be covered in time, and the barrier effect of the earth covering material shall ensure that the base material is not directly infested by the bacteria, and there are obvious benefits for the water conservation and heat preservation of the base material.

5. Fungus management. Cover the plastic film and open it every morning and evening for 30 minutes. During the germination period, 200 times of the silly solution was sprayed once a day. After about one week, initial germination was completed. Afterwards, the temperature is lowered to below 25°C and maintained for 7 to 10 days. After that, the hypha hyphae can be completed, which maximizes the biomass within the material and lays a favorable energy foundation for the mushroom.

6. Mushroom management. After budding, the temperature of the greenhouse is regulated at a suitable range of 28°C to 32°C, and the moisture content of the base material is maintained at 63% to 68%, the air humidity is about 90%, and the light is about 400 to 500 lux. Usually about 4 days, when the fruiting body grows to 7-8, it should be timely harvested.

7. Post-harvest management. After harvesting, the material surface shall be cleared in time, and the mushroom feet and dead buds shall be cleared out of the shed. The depression shall be filled with soil and leveled, and the edible bacteria three-dimensional nutrition essence solution shall be poured, and the appropriate amount of fresh water shall be promptly sprayed to press the nutrition into the soil layer. The greenhouse is fully light-closed to allow its hyphae to rest and grow. After about 3 to 7 days, when the material surface reappears, the aforementioned management can be repeated.
