Four spore mushrooms

Sporisorium mushroom, also known as big fat mushroom, is a medium temperature mushroom species. The suitable temperature for the growth of mycelia of this species is 20°C~34°C, the optimum temperature is 25°C~27°C, and the growth and development temperature of the fruit body is 27°C~29°C. According to the optimum temperature range of the varieties, the cultivation methods of summer sowing and early autumn fruiting are most suitable. The raw materials of cultivated tetracystis mushroom are mainly straw, wheat straw, cattle and pig manure, and can be cultivated in indoor bed frame and outdoor greenhouse. Because of its relatively short period of mushrooming, generally only 3 tides ~ 4 tide mushroom. Bed culture materials should not be too thick, about 12 cm is appropriate. In general, 6.5 kg to 7.5 kg of fresh mushrooms can be produced per square meter of bed surface.

Straw mushroom is a high-temperature edible mushroom, which is very sensitive to temperature requirements in its growth and development. In order to enable the mushroom to germinate normally after sowing, the cultivation time should be selected when the average daily temperature is stable above 23°C. It is generally cultivated from mid-June to late August to facilitate the growth of hyphae and the development of fruit bodies.

When growing outdoors, fertile, loose, and breathable soils should be selected. No matter which kind of raw materials you choose to cultivate straw mushrooms, you should ensure that the raw materials are dry and free from mildew. Newly harvested straw must be thoroughly dried, otherwise it will be rotten. Before sowing, 5% lime water is used to pre-mix the ingredients. When the pH value reaches 12 or above, the stack is fermented for 4 days to 5 days. The moisture content of the culture medium should be controlled at 65% to 70%.
