3, put the seedlings
3.1 Use 2cm or more high quality seedlings. Injured seedlings cannot be used.
3.2 The time for planting should be from June to July. Select the weather without wind and put it in the pool in the morning or evening. Water temperature is about 20°C.
3.3 The density of seedlings shall be determined according to the specific conditions of each pond, and the reasonable amount of seedlings shall be determined. The conditions for changing the water in the ponds may be better. It is advisable to store 4500 to 7500 eggs per square hectare of water, and the density is high. The jellyfish grow slowly and It is prone to lack of oxygen in the late culture period.
3.4 The seedlings should be transported with a smooth internal wall. Long-distance transport should be carried out by means of oxygenation, shading, and ice in plastic bags to prevent temperature rise.
3.5 When investing seedlings, attention should be paid to the indicators of physical and chemical factors such as water temperature and salinity in nursery ponds and growing ponds, and the gap between them should be adjusted as small as possible. 4. The management work during the cultivation of sea bream during the development period is mainly to do a good job of regulating the water quality and doing a good job in water quality monitoring. Its main content is:
4.1 After the seedlings are stable for one week, wait until the young cubs gradually adapt to the environment and slowly add water. The water should be added within 10% to avoid excessive changes in the physical and chemical factors caused by large amounts of water.
4.2 Pay attention to the changes of water color, timely and appropriate fertilization to continue culturing phytoplankton. Under normal circumstances, the water color is dark brown and brownish green. If the water color is lightened, it indicates that the number of the monocytic algae in the water is reduced. 4.3 Before changing the water, monitor the water quality outside the pool, mainly for the measurement of water temperature, salinity, and biomass. If the indicators are different, you can't change the water. The variation of salinity difference can't be more than 5‰.
4.4 In the late growing season, the food intake of the jellyfish began to increase, and the biomass in the pool was insufficient. 4.6 The depth of water in the early period is maintained at about 1m. With the increase of individuals, the water level gradually increases to 1.5-2m, and the water temperature is stable at 20-28°C.
4.7 Regular observations of sea lice feeding conditions. The foods used for feeding are planktonic live foods. After the sea bream feeds, the transparent body of the medium glue layer can see the color of the feeding food in the central part. If it is transparent, the food in the pool is insufficient.
5. The growth rate of harvested sea bream is very fast. After 60 to 80 days of cultivation, individuals can reach 5 to 10 kg or more. When the water temperature drops below 18°C, the growth rate slows down, and at 15°C it basically stops feeding. At this time, it is necessary to collect in batches, capture large and small, and continue to be listed. The harvesting method can be diversified and fixed.
