In winter transportation must pay attention to insulation, and the outside temperature should not be less than 0 degrees Celsius, otherwise the snail will be frozen to death. Of course, the best effect is to use a refrigerated truck, so that the snail can be dormant and will not be frozen and have a high survival rate. In short, during the acquisition of snail products and the transportation of species snails, localities can adopt various methods according to local conditions and try their best to maintain the highest survival rate of snails. Even a small amount of screw transport should pay attention to the above matters. If the farm is located far away from the processing and sale areas, it should be considered to process snail frozen meat in the spot, and then processing and sales will be carried out, which will save a lot of costs.
